After reading the article. What's peoples opinion about potentially picking up the Cuse series next basketball season??

I'm actually torn because I don't want them to have any inroads to the DMV recruiting ground. With Cuse in the ACC & Maryland going to the Big Ten next year, they couldn't sell recruits from this area the chance of playing in front of friends and family. I really wish the whole Big East would have shut them out, but I believe St. John's & Villanova (?) has a series with them. If the DMV, Philly, NJ/NYC games are taken from them. Where will the recruit?? ACC territory (totally out of their base) & Syracuse area. Recruiting will dry up and Boeheim is on his way out the door anyway.

On the other hand you don't want to see a great rivalry die & have a great Non-Conference opponent scheduled year in & year out.

Yeah, I guess I am indifferent to playing cus.  It is a fun game for fans and good TV, but it doesn't help Gtown on the recruiting front.  cus needs to recruit the DMV area, but Gtown has no recruiting interest in the Antarctica home of the cus. I would be interested in playing in DC then MSG, but not up at cus.
