Posts: 84 May 7 12 8:06 AM	Remove this ad I haven't gotten to watch the Pacers this year much as they were never on national TV. West was playing great that game and they went away from Roy. Whoever Anderson guards, they go to that guy. Pretty simple. I think it is a pretty egoless squad. That being said, Granger is too quick on the trigger a lot of times and Vogel needs to calm them down. They never come back from 19 if we continue to hammer it inside. Pacers still can't close though and that will cost us next series if they don't tighten it up.

Posts: 3540 May 9 12 3:34 PM	Solid first round averaging 11pts/11rbs/4blks per game. He was great defensively and rebounding, while shooting 54% from the field on only 43 shot attempts in 5 games. So if you include his freethrow attempts he is getting about 10 shots per game. Now against Miami, the only position that the Pacers have an advantage at is center. The Big Parks and Rec will have to dominate, especially on defense and rebounding. But he must punish Miami in the post and the Pacers must get him the damn ball. Hoya Destroya. We Back.

Posts: 84 May 14 12 8:42 AM	Interesting is one way to put that officiating. Not a single Pacers starter had fewer then four fouls. The and one wiped out on Barbosa's drive was garbage. The and one for Chalmers as he kicked West was garbage. Being a small market NBA team without a true star is a tough road to hoe. All that being said, the Pacers still were in that game and choked at bit at the line and missed all of their wide open late three attempts. I think they gotta keep banging it into Roy & West. The Heat are essentially the same team Lebron had in Cleveland. Wade can be a beast, but the rest of that team is garbage.

I like Vogel, and he is a good guy, but he has spent too much time around Obrien. Vogel has no clue how to creat post movement, entry timing, or play inside out They should win this series without Bosh. Posts: 84 May 16 12 7:59 AM	They are playing small with Bosh out however I would hope Vogel would review the tape and see the first four minutes of the game. Roy scored every time down pretty much. They need to do that throughout the game. I think they don't like Roy on the pick & roll but with Turiaf & Anthony there is no need to defend the screener. Room for improvement by the P's and they've got to keep the Heat down

Like kenny Smith says, ' you make your name in the regular season, you make your fame in the post season'. Now is Roy's opportunity. Still need more touches on the block, but just gotta get points off rebounding. Again, I like Vogel, but he is pretty clueless on how to play through a center in the post. Collison is small and not a great post feeder either and Granger can be a bit of a chucker from time to time. No way West/Hibbert should just get 8 & 9 looks a game. Wade/James were ridiculous in the 3rd though and it was the first time I thought the Pacers didn't have an answer. All that being said, I think the two day turnaround hurts the Heat and the Pacers are up 3-2 heading back to Indy.

The Pacer perimeter played have very low basketball IQs. Having said that, if the Pacers are going to lose in game 6. Roy better go out beasting. Hoya Destroya. We Back.

Posts: 1443 May 23 12 4:58 AM	Remove this ad http://www.cbssports.com/...pacers-lack-of-toughness this has been a frustrating series to watch. roy and west need to be more aggressive. and the pacer guards/wings are talented but not smart basketball players. as i said before vogel is the problem. his rotations drive me crazy. the small lineup blows. miami has made the better adjustments as the series has gone on. his guards/wings will come down 3 times in a row and chuck up a 3 without even trying to go inside. lazy passes on fast breaks. and he lets them play on.
