Lil Kyle is visiting the Hilltop next Tuesday Sept 6th instead of this week. 

Lets hope he remembers why he has always loved Gtown, and how much Gtown has always loved him.

Can't ask or do more than that.

And neither one of us bothered to look at the calendar and notice that next Tuesday is actually the 6th.

Now when Lil Kyle gets to the Hilltop next Tuesday, someone needs to get religion and convert this youngin back to a Hoya.

He needs to watch old Gtown footage and Above the Rim everyday.  Then he needs to go my hypnosis and have the last season of Gtown basketball erased from his memory-banks.  Or Uncle balla could handcuff him to the Lincoln Memorial. 

It is probably too late for Kyle to change his mind, but that hypnosis thing has me feeling better.  I can't even remember last season's team.

Well, nothing in recruiting is absolute until they sign.  I will just say that Gtown has been uphill in his recruitment since last season ended.  The debacle that was JT3 munchkin ball hurt the program on many levels.  Having said that, all of the programs recruiting Lil Kyle are solid and a kid like Kyle can't really go wrong wherever he goes.  Although I still honestly do not know the name of the Seton Hall coach.

Yes, objectively speaking the Gtown system is best for Lil Kyle.  He can play PG on offense and SF/PF on defense.  His biggest assets of passing, ball-handling, and off the charts hoops IQ would best be on display at Gtown.  When he is not bringing the ball up the floor, he will dominate college basketball operating in the elbow extended area and facilitating the offense.  I could not draw up a better fit for both Kyle/Gtown.  And you guys know that if I do not think a player is a good fit that I will not hesitate to say that, just see my comments on Amille Jefferson even though I he is a great kid/prospect.

Alas, it is Kyle's decision and he will succeed wherever he goes.  Just think he will look better doing it in Hoya grey.
