That said, he needs to learn how to be more efficient and make those around him better to take his game to the next level.

Posts: 351 Jun 3 10 10:52 AM	Here's latest with Kuran---and thank goodness by time he's a SR--Calipari will have Kentucky on Probation and be long gone--actually I predict he's out of Lexington before Johnny O'Bryant decides on a school--but that is my own speculation--not based off anything. Rakeem Christmas Johnny O'Bryant Any Athletic Combo Guard who makes good decisions--I like Chasson Randle a lot--but Tyrone Johnson works too. Love Bishop Daniels freakish athleticism too. Kyle Anderson--to me he's type of guy who will be playing in championship games every level-just knows how to play and more importantly WIN!! Andre Drummond---good replacement for JOB or Christmas whichever would go 1 and done after leading Hoyas to championship (okay that is wishful/biased thinking but honestly--if we get athletic personnel who can impact game on both ends with/without the ball-this WILL HAPPEN) Kuran Iverson---must get and love description of his game More to come-but that's my list. Don't want slow footed, offensive only players who lose focus--so basically I want nobody that resembles an upperclassmen on the current team. Sorry but that is REALITY of situation and until these guys decide to commit to playing basketball and not offense--they will be talked about honestly. My preference is for guys who play with killer's attitude and bring it on both ends of the court and are smart enough to realize if you win/play well--you get noticed individually.

Losing a BET Championship game doesn't make anyone good--otherwise let's just call ourselves PITT from now on--they've mastered that. It's time to challenge a lot of people and if the players can't take it--they aren't Hoyas. You don't contend/win championships with guys who refuse to do their job and it's a helluva lot easier to do your job when you can do more things on court that help your team win. Simple as that. If you are slow footed and can't play defense then time to step aside. New Blood isn't always better--but it is if you need a transfusion--otherwise you die a slow, miserable death. NEW BLOOD is the TRUE BLOOD and the old hats better not get complacement or they'll have a lot of time to plan graduation parties and job interviews. Done with excuses--time to BALL and GET BACK ON TOP. The guys above represent what is NEEDED and some are already in program--but need a roster full of them--so need these guys to join the program to help! Edited 1 time by balla Jun 4 10 3:38 PM.

Posts: 346 Jun 14 10 9:17 PM	rivals.. Kuran Iverson, SF- Looking long term, the 6-foot-7 Iverson was arguably the top prospect in attendance. The rising sophomore has a very impressive handle for a rising sophomore, can get to the rim, makes some jumpers and is a high level athlete. There were times that he looked like a young Penny Hardaway out there while running the point. He's still young and still has a lot of loose ends to tie up, but he's got the talent to be a special prospect with work. HOYAS

We all know he has work to do on the academic side, but you stick with this kid until the NCAA clearinghouse says sorry he did not qualify... Then you still stick with him, because he is still Hoya fam.

Offensively, he is extremely versatile in that he can dribble like a point guard and distribute the ball like one, too. His shot is developing but he can get to the hole and make it happen. His defense is still picking up as it is considered to be a weaker point in his game. All around, Kuran is one of the most impressive players out there. Iverson knows the hard work will pay off through his recruitment. He has already seen this as he is being looked at by "Georgetown, UConn, Marquette, Rutgers, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech and USC." Iverson has two schools that really stand out to him in "Kentucky and Georgetown." Kuran said, "Those two are probably my favorite schools because of all the success they have had." Iverson says that his cousin Allen has no impact on him and Georgetown though. "Yeah Allen's my cousin but we don't really talk," he said. "He talks with my family but doesn't have an impact on me. I'm trying to be my own person." Kuran only started playing five years ago but his game is much more developed. One school that could make a run for Iverson is UConn because he lives in Connecticut and has ties to the school. "They are a good school and have a lot of history," Iverson said. "I really like Coach Calhoun, but I'm a bit concerned with all of the allegations going on." It seems as if the allegations have impacted the youngsters now. "At the moment, I'm very high on Georgetown," stated Iverson."

Posts: 351 Jul 19 10 10:33 PM	Keep in mind that the interviewer Alex Klein is a 16 year old uconn fan. But I think it is great the Kuran already loves Gtown without Allen speaking to him about it. Now when/if Allen does speak to him about Gtown, it will only be a plus.
