So would Gtown be a good fit for him now? Luv this kid. He is 100% heart. Plus he is a very good athlete and has the explosivness and quicks to be an elite defender. The only 2 negatives are that he needs to improve his jumper {easiest thing to improve}, and honestly he ain't 6'1. But he has been living in the weight room since transferring to South Kent. He can hold his own in the Big East. I don't see him as a future pro like Semaj, but at least it addresses a serious problem. Then again, a lot of heart can go a long way. Not to mention I never mind adding another NJ Playa. Although I sure a hell don't want that one dimensional sumo wrestler Krapono that wants to come to Gtown. Like I said about Eldrid Robinson, the only position that is fine to take an overweight/poorly conditioned player is at center.

So if we are being brutally honest about every other program and player that we discuss, it would be weak sauce for us not to be real about our own... Outside of Lich, nobody bleeds grey any more or than I do. But truth is JT3 has come up well short since Roy left. Now Monroe's sophomore season gets a mulligan, for obvious reasons. This past season, was incredibly encouraging with an obvious improvement in the teams athleticism, defense, rebounding, and toughness. Unfortunately, the past year of recruiting starting with buttercup has been a serious decline in the athleticism, toughness, and defense of recruiting. Peaches, Buttercup, Cameron, and Bolden have no business in a Hoya uni. It is okay to take a chance on Bolden since he is alsmot 6'10 and athletic. But the others....HE'LL NO! These are the type of players that keep in program stuck in the first weekend of the NCAA tournament. At this point my hope is on selection Sundays that Gtown gets a Friday draw, so even if the team is knocked out its first game it will at least feel like they have been in the tournament a little longer... I know, I know.
